As an Admissions Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role on the Admissions team – the heart of our company’s revenue engine. Your mission: engage with talented applicants, conduct interviews to assess their potential, and ignite their passion for our international internship programs.This is more than just evaluating eligibility; it’s about inspiring candidates to take the next step in their careers and being part of a team that drives the company’s success. With your expertise in consultative sales, every conversation will help shape futures and fuel our growth.You’re excited about working here because you’ll:- Exceed sales targets: Drive monthly sales numbers and revenue growth, consistently surpassing goals.
- Continuously improve: Seek opportunities to enhance personal and team performance, contributing to overall success.- Execute sales strategies: Implement proven tactics to achieve results and maximize program enrollments.- Engage with applicants: Conduct interviews to assess eligibility, inspire interest, and recommend the ideal program.- Leverage tools effectively: Use platforms like Gmail, Zoom, Calendly, and Google Calendar to manage communication seamlessly.- Manage your pipeline: Maintain organized and efficient applicant follow-ups using proven communication strategies.- Be responsive: Ensure prompt replies to inquiries, aiming for responses within 24 hours.- Stay ahead: Continuously enhance product knowledge and refine sales techniques through learning and training.- Embrace feedback: Apply insights from training sessions, call shadowing, and reviews to improve your approach.- Collaborate and share: Work closely with team members to share best practices and support each other’s success.- Coordinate across teams: Communicate effectively with other departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.We’re excited about you working here because you have:- 2+ years of experience in sales and customer service.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Native-level English (Spanish proficiency is a bonus).
- Exceptional phone skills with a professional, persuasive manner and strong emotional intelligence.
- Passionate about connecting with people globally and appreciating the value of international internships.
- Proven ability to hit targets and think creatively to achieve goals.
