
Billing Manager

- Manage end-to-end billing operations across different countries and subsidiaries, including USA and LATAM countries such as Brazil, Colombia and Mexico among others.
- Manage collections process and be first point of contact for invoicing and collections related inquiries from clients
- Optimize billing systems - NetSuite, Sequence - and processes, to improve efficiency and reduce billing errors
- Ensure invoicing according local tax regulations in the different jurisdictions where the Company operates
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of proven experience managing billing operations, including experience in LATAM subsidiaries
- Expertise in revenue cycle management, invoice processing, and reconciliation
- Bilingual (e.g., English/Spanish or English/Portuguese), with excellent communication skills for managing internal and external stakeholders across regions
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to ensure timely invoicing process
- Understanding of local tax regulations, currency handling, and billing requirements in countries such as Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, and Chile
- Experience standardizing billing processes while respecting country-specific compliance requirements, and fiscal documentation.
- Effective in collaborating with sales and customer success teams to resolve disputes and support contract compliance
