- Responsible for supporting and/or leading Performance-Based sales for Beneficiation Dewatering & Hydrometallurgy (BDH)
- Constantly assess existing funnel for new ways to sell and develop alternative business models.
- Ensure effective value co-creation with the market area sales and customer.
- Responsible for the value argumentation, value proposition and win plan of the cases
- Provide market area level forecast
- Understands the market, competition and the industry best practices for BDH and ensures that the sales case is built accordingly
- Collects customer and competitor information as required
- Support in sales funnel generation
- Coaching and training of market area service sales teams (offering and ways to sell) and constantly seeks for best practices with the company.
- Ensures timely progress of the sales case from lead to proposal and negotiations
- Ensures profitability of the sales cases and the business segment
- Ensures compliance with sales process, proposal and risk management procedures
- Support the warranty process, inspection report reviews, recommendations, and solution definitions
- Ensure proper fulfilment of all QEHS rules and regulations of Metso and the Customers
- Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or minerals processing preferred
- Solid minerals processing experience (proven)
- Solid minerals processing market and industry understanding and experience (7+ years)
- Solid commercial understanding and experience
- Solid sales and service business understanding and experience
- Customer & Stakeholder Focused - Passion to meet customers and stakeholders to build long lasting relationships
- People, Communication, and Leadership Skills - Be able to build relationships and gain rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- Commercial mindset - Understanding of Profit & Loss and ability to engineer deals commercially.

- Fluent in English
- Relevant university degree, technical trade qualification or advance diploma with 7+ years in relevant field. Any period less requires proven high performance track record.
- Proven Business and industry understanding.
- Experience in implementing strategies and business direction to grow business.
- Must have driving vehicle license and passport.
