Ensure proper maintenance of the point of sale, the execution of merchandising and the replacement of items.- Plan, organize and monitor sell out activities according to the division's trade calendar.- Identify, plan and manage business opportunities to maximize results.- Prepare, motivate and develop Zonal and point of sale Managers. Take corrective measures to strengthen your resultsREQUIREMENTS

3-5 years of experience in Retail areas.
Bachelor degree in business administration.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Be curious and task oriented.
