We are seeking a BIM / Estimating Professional, a pivotal role in this progressive change.Located in Chile and reporting to the Rail BGL, this unique position merges the expertise of BIM coordination with the precision of quantity estimation. Your role will be instrumental in supporting our major infrastructure projects.Responsibilities:

Working with a technical team, develop and maintain material take offs utilizing Building Information Models (BIM) for rail projects, ensuring adherence to high standards and project specifications.
Extract and transform comprehensive element quantities to facilitate production of cost and quantity estimates across various project phases including design development and execution.
Align quantity estimates with project scope, schedule, and execution strategies.
Engage in benchmarking, applying historical data

Qualifications:

Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or a related field.
Significant experience in BIM modeling and cost estimation, ideally over 10 years.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and various estimating software.
Exceptional attention to detail, with strong numerical and analytical skills.
Ability to prioritize and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
