- Technical Sales Discovery - Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to assess customer pain points, business goals, and existing workflows.
- Custom Demonstrations - Deliver tailored demos that highlight how PagerDuty's Digital Operations Platform can solve specific business challenges and drive efficiency.
- Proof-of-Value (PoV) Execution - Lead PoV engagements that validate PagerDuty's business impact through hands-on customer trials and real-world use cases.
- Current State Architecture Mapping - Document and analyze existing customer workflows, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for automation and incident response improvements.
- Fluency in English (with Business Acumen)
- Strong ability to bridge technical and business conversations, making complex concepts accessible to diverse audiences.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience selling SaaS solutions to commercial and enterprise customers.
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- 3-5+ years of experience in a pre-sales, technical consulting, or solutions engineering role.
- Experience with IT operations, incident management, monitoring, or DevOps tooling
- Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) is a plus.
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, and cloud-based solutions.
- Experience in commercial sales environments.
