- Serve as liaison/representative to establish effective collaboration with clients' assistants, relevant internal peer groups, and external vendors, as appropriate to leverage and deliver on daily tasks.
- May have extended responsibility for planning, organizing and executing major projects (e.g., calls and meetings entailing coordination of schedules); produce well-organized, accurate deliverables with minimal guidance.
- On top of core responsibilities, you may also work on tasks related to support for client service team\'s events and training, planning and execution of major projects, ad-hoc reporting, etc. Additionally, you will support recruiting, accounting and expense administration tasks as needed.Your Qualifications and Skills- College or secretarial school preferred
- 2+ years of administrative assistant experience in a corporate or professional environment, working for senior-level management
- Solid knowledge of Windows and Notes applications
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proactiveness and attention to detail
- Poise, presence, and professionalism
