- Develop and Drive end to end integrated multi touch, multi-channel campaign execution for demand generation, upsell and customer retention using marketing tools available and partnering closely with the brand marketing team
- Manage events strategy for the line of business: identify and assist in execution of hosted and sponsored events in collaboration with the events and ensure there is a cohesive pre-event, at-event, and post-event strategy to increase engagement and response rates
- Develop and implement target account strategy to support account-based selling to promote upsell as well as customer retention
- Partner with your manager to track budgets, forecast, measure, analyze, and report on impact of programs executed
- Proactively engage with the direct and indirect sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities
- Develop a strong understanding of the digital landscape and execute tactics and activations that help improve SEO for LOB as well as partner with brand marketing teams to launch digital campaigns
- Assist the team in integrating marketing functions from mergers and acquisitions as needed as the business continues to grow
- Develop a deep understanding of Sovos’s sales cycle and how to identify opportunities to maximize demand creation, pipeline contribution and sales opportunity acceleration
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent work experience
- English advanced level
- Familiar with a variety of marketing concepts, practices, and procedures
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements
- Must demonstrate strong curiosity for new marketing trends and best practices that apply to target markets
- Basic knowledge/has the ability to proactively learn Salesforce.com and Marketo
