- Ensure transparency and predictability in the company's financials across Chile & Argentina.
- Drive profitability based on good price management, functional cost efficiencies and operational excellence, while maintaining high focus on working capital management.
- Drive the Digital transformation initiatives to prove the long-term vision of modern lean-agile company is approached successfully.
- Focus oncustomer satisfaction and developing long-lasting relationships and partnerships with key customers will be the foundation for Epiroc to be selected as the customer's preferred supplier.
- Foster a high performing organization, where people flourish in our culture and develop One Team to further strengthen collaboration within and between divisions where there is a strong talent pipeline.
- Work closely with the Regional Center of Excellence (Finance and HR) and Regional Supply Chain to boost internal efficiency and external customer satisfaction respectively.
- Develop One Team to further strengthen collaboration resulting in greater customer and employees' satisfaction, securing the combined strength of all Epiroc business lines and legal entities.
- Promote the sustainable company People Leadership through Epiroc core values, attitude, performance and competence development.
- At least 10 years' experience in similar roles and highly complex matrix organizations.
- Previous experience in similar industries is a strong plus.
- Previous experience managing a company with annual revenues of 200 MUSD per year; experience in large service contracts, and managing organizations with 300+ employees in service, strongly preferred.
- Proven experience managing and nurturing diverse teams.
- Degree in Engineering or relevant fields.
- Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish are mandatory.
