OverviewJoin to apply for the Clean Team Crew Member II role at Opportunity Enterprises, Inc..This position provides the workforce for the OE Clean Team Division. They perform tasks required by Crew Leaders and OE Clean Team Manager. This position will have variable hours (part-time and full-time) across multiple contracts.Duties/Responsibilities- Working all scheduled shifts with a potential for extra hours if needed. Weekend availability may be required
- Use of proper cleaning techniques and performs duties as required by Crew Leaders
- Perform tasks in a safe and timely manner (wearing gloves and safety glasses if needed)
- Learn to operate in a safe manner, all equipment and supplies used by crews (vacuum and chemicals)
- Responsible for following proper cleaning techniques (mopping, sanitizing restrooms, dusting, use of gloves)
- Attend all mandatory meetings and trainingsPhysical Requirements- Move up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Move up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Stand for long periods of time
- Handle repetitive tasksRequired Skills/Abilities- Ability to remain focused in busy environment.
- Courteous communication and excellent customer service
- Be able to do independent workEducation and Experience- Must be 18 years or older
