- Brief overview and sell of the job opportunity.
- Lead marketing and communications for Innomotics Latin America Spanish-speaking countries: Chile, Peru, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina.
- Partner with the Americas Marketing & Communications Head and global teams to develop and execute an aligned marketing & communication strategy and plan.
- Lead a team of marketing & communications professionals to implement an integrated strategy fueling brand awareness and supporting revenue growth - delegating tasks aligned to the business goals while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- May conduct market research to identify communication and marketing opportunities and trends.
- Establish KPIs to measure the success of campaigns, adjust strategies as necessary.
- Manage the company's internal and external communication, including the preparation of press releases, speeches, reports and other materials. Lead campaigns aligned to business goals fueling Innomotics purpose and business strategy; positioning Innomotics as a thought leader.
- Lead Crisis Communications strategy and procedure for Latam countries; serve as the spokesperson as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the media.
- Supervise the management of social networks and other digital channels.
- Lead the organization of corporate events, image and manage participation in fairs and conferences.
- Partner with agencies and stakeholders.**Your Profile**
- Professional degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism and/or related careers.
- Master in Marketing, Communications or similar. (Desirable)
- At least 5 years leading communications and marketing teams.
- 3 years of experience in global companies, desirable in the mining sector.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a remote team enivironment in a matrixed organization.
- Advanced English
- Advanced Spanish
- Knowledge of the latest trends in digital marketing and public relations.
